The Scoop About Us
My name is Jay Pryor, owner of IMS. I started in the residential custom cabinet business in 1986 with my own manufacturing business called Salisbury Custom Cabinets. I closed the business in 1993 and entered the commercial cabinet business as a project manager for Belle Oaks Millwork. When that business moved I went to Rowland Woodworking in High Point as a project Manager eventually moving to the general manager position before eventually leaving there for a position at Watsons Wood Works in 2002. I was a project manager there until 2011 handling projects up to $3 million. When the economy took its toll on their business, myself along with the majority of the company were laid off. I then started Interior Millwork Solutions. We handle small to medium commercial casework jobs along with installations and custom projects for other commercial casework companies.
